- This photo contest is organized by Pets Area.
- To participate in photo contest you must register with Pets Area and create your profile, upload your cat's photo on the contest page. Photos uploaded on the contest page will be voted on by the community.
- The contest begins at 11:59 pm EDT on Nov 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm EDT on Nov 27, 2009.
- Each registered member can submit one photo for each contest.
- All registered and non-registered users can vote for as many photos as they like. Each user is allowed one vote per the photo.
- Only one vote is allowed per IP address.
- The winner of the contest will be selected based on members' votes.
- The contest is open to cat owners around the world
- Shipping expenses are paid by winner.
- Photos must be your original work and you must have full ownership rights to the photo.
- Submitted photos must match the topic of photo contest "Cat of the month". Your submission must include cat photos only. Do not include humans and other pets in the photographs.
- Organizer of this contest remains the rights to remove those photos from the contest that do not match the topic of this contest or those that violate the contest rules.
- By adding a photo to this contest, the person uploading the photo gives rights to Pets Area to use and reproduce the photo freely on pets-area.com website as well as elsewhere for promotion purposes during and after this contest. The person uploading the photos will also keep all rights to the photo and that only the right to use and reproduce the photos will be given to Pets Area.
- The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the contest. The organizer must then let participants know about such a situation as soon as possible.
- Winners will be announced on the contest page on the date indicated on the introductory page of the contest.
- The awards of this contest are described on the introductory page of the contest.
